1、AbstractWiththedevelopmentofcloudcomputing,Software-as-a-Service(SaaS)hasbeenwidelyapplied.Onlineanalyticalprocessingsystem(OLAP)providesamultidimensionalview,whichfacilitatesthedecision-makerstoanalyzehistoricaldataoftheenterprise,soastomakedecisionbetterandfasterbyunderstandingofthebusinessdeep
2、ly.Therefore,thestudyoftheapproachtomakeOLAPsystemtosupportservicemodelisimportant.AftertheanalysisthedemandofOLAPasaService,thethesisdesignedthearchitectureofOLAPasaServicebasedonclustertechnology,themethodofaserviceinstanceforeachtenantischosenastheImplementationofMulti-Tenancy,thecriticalresou
3、rcesneededbytheexecutionofOLAPserverisregardedastenantperformanceServiceLevelAgreement(SLA).Serviceentranceandschedulingmodulesaretwokeycomponentsofthesystem.Inthedesignoftheserviceentrance,userrequestsarebalancedbystrategybasedontheMACaddressmodificationandalgorithmofweightedleastconnection;toha
4、ndlethemultipleconnectionsatthesametime,theSelectmodelbasedonIOmultiplexingisadopted.InthedesignofSchedulingmodule,thecontractallocationmethod,whichtakestherateofactivetenantsintoconsiderationandusesaminimumloadpriorityallocationstrategy;Afteranalyzingtwodifferentreasonswhyhotspotappears,adoptthe
5、methodofchoosingatenantandredistributeittoothernodestoresolvehotspotissuesduetoresourcecontention,andadoptcontrolstrategiesbasedonloadfeedbacktoaddresshotspotissuescausedbyoveractivetenants9request.Basedonthesystemprototype,aseriesofexperimentshadbeenpreceded,theresultsshowthatthesystemreachedgoa
