1、中国家族企业传承模式研究［摘要］:无论是在西方发达国家还是在中国，家族企业都是企业存在的主要形式，在经济社会发展中起着重要作用。屮国的家族企业自改革开放以来获得了迅速的发展，并在促进经济增＜、解决就业等方面作出了巨大贡献，成为支持中国经济发展的一支不可忽视的力量。但是，家族企业在发展屮面临着几个亟待解决的问题，如产权革命、治理结构问题、代际传承问题等。其中代际传承是企业生存和发展中的重要转折点，被认为是企业重大的战略决策问题Z-O然而，随着第一代创业者谢幕的时间渐渐迫近，如何将权力和财富冇效地传递给下一代，摆脱“富不过三代''的怪圈,选择有效的传承模式，成为本篇论文研究的重点。木文从何为家

2、族金业以及家族金业相关研究入手，结合国内外有关家族企业及其传承的理论观点，通过分析我国家族企业的发展及传承现状，指出了E询我国家族企业在传承中所面临的问题及影响因素。木文所做的探索性研究在于充分认识到家族企业的不同类型以及所处的不同发展阶，进而进行不同的传承方式选择，认为一味的否定“子承父业”或一味的强调引入职经理人对企业都毫无裨益。希望通过本文的研究可以对家族金业传承模式选择提供有参考价值的意见。［关键词］:家族企业传承模式了承父业职业经理人ResearchonthefamilyenterprisessuccessioninchinaAbstract:Nomatterindevelope

5、nt,howpowerandwealthwilleffectivelybepassedontothenextgeneration,escapingfromthecycle:berichnomorethanthreegenerations,Becomethefocusofresearchinthispaper.Inthispaper,combinedwithdomesticandforeignfamilyenterprisesandtheirsuccessiontheory,theauthorpointedoutthesuccessionproblemsandtheinfluencingfa

6、ctorsthatthecurrentfamilyenterprisesinOurcountryfaced.Thecreativeresearchisthatitisfullyawareofthedifferenttypesoffamilyenterprises,aswellasdifferentstagesofdevelopmentanddifferentmodesinsuccession.Todeny'inheritedhisfather'sorsimplyemphasizetheintroductionofprofessionalmanagersisnobeneficialtothe
