1、摘要J电力建设企业风险识别与应对策略研究在经济一体化步伐加快的背景下，市场竞争的日益加剧迫使企业必须树立与加强危机意识，通过建立良好的风险管理机制以监控企业面临的日益繁多和复杂的风险因素，变事后管理为事前管理以提高企业的适应能力和发展能力，从而帮助企业实现总体目标，提升竞争力。自2000年以来，针对垄断行业的改革力度不断加强，在石油、铁路、通信、银行等行业市场化改革工作逐步启动之后，电力系统的改革也呼之欲出。2012年，J电力建设企业经历了电网企业主辅分离改革及电力设计、施工企业一体化重组，成为隶属于中国电力建设集团有限公司的全资子公司
2、。尽管企业在早些年就已经开展风险管理工作，但由于对企业各类风险的识别不系统、不到位，因此，难以对风险管理工作的开展形成有效指导，风险事件也一直成为困扰企业经营和发展的关键因素。同时，由于电力建设企业主要以电厂建设项目施工为主业，常常具有项目投资规模大、建设周期长、复杂性高、涉及因素多、内外部联系复杂等行业特点，所以，与其他行业相比，电力建设企业面临许多较为个性的风险因素。那么，电力建设企业存在哪些风险因素？面对这些风险因素又该如何应对？对电力建设企业来说是关系企业生存和发展的重要课题。关键词：电力建设企业，风险识别，应对策略IAbstr
