3、,however,itisdramaticallydifferentfromallpreviouslyknowncoronaviruses.ApeculiarcharacterofRNAsequenceisfoundinSARS,revealingparticularsymmetryinitssequencing.ComparisonofsymmetrybetweenSARSandothercoronavirusesshowsheuristicallythatSARSCoronavirusmightcomefromtheavianin

5、r(e.g.SARSvirusshowsthatSARSCoronaviruspalmcivets)andmadethisvirusbecomedeadly(SARS-CoV)issufficientlydifferentfromalltothehuman[5],Becausehighlyfrequencypreviouslyknownthreegroupsofcoronaviruseshomologousrecombinationoftentakesplace[1-2].Comparisonbetweenthepredictedam

6、inowhenthecoronaviruseswerereplicated[6-7].Inacidsequencesforthreewell-definedenzymaticaddition,Guanetal.foundthatthevirusproteinsandthefourmajorstructuralproteinsofsequenceishomologywithSARS-CoVonwildSARS-CoVwiththosefromrepresentativeanimalupto99.8%[8],Manyresearchers

7、coronavirusesillustratesthatSARS-CoVformssuggestedthatSARS-CoVhasadifferentadistinctgroupwithinthegenusofcoronavirusesrecombinanthistory.Forexample,coronaviruses[3].Marraetal.alsoobtainedaStavrinidesetal.reportedthatSARSvirusisinsimilarresultbasedontheanalysisofdifferen
