3、作思路和工作载体，不断提高党组织带领群众致富的能力，使党组织在带领群众致富方面发挥了较好的作用，有力推进了我村经济发展。一、基本情况和主要做法良德冲村共有9个经济合作社，总人口2071人；党支部成员三人，党员33人。近年来，我村基层党组织团结带领广大农民群众，充分发挥区域优势，通过改善基础设施条件、大力发展种植养殖业、积极兴办二、三产业等多种途径，大力建设社会主义新农村，在带领群众致富方面做了大量工作，取得了明显成效，群众生产、生活条件有了很大的改善，农村经济得到全面发展。2011年，全村农业总产值达1993.07万元，农民人均纯收入9623.37元。我村基层党组织在带领群众发展经济奔康
