2、尼，术毕前15min，T1组、T2组、T3组、T4组分别静注地佐辛80~teCkg、60~tg／kg、40~g／kg、20~tg／kg，C组静注生理盐水1Oml，观察患者睁眼时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、恶心呕吐及躁动不良反应。结果T1组、T2组的睁眼时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间明显较T3组、T4组和C组延长(P
