1、企业工资管理信息系统摘要在当今社会已经走上信息高速公路，中国成功加入WTO的大背景下，国家正已前所未有的速度向前发展，作为现代化企业管理，计算机的普及与计算机技术的应用已经是企业向前发展的一个重要手段。而每一个公司甚至公司内部各部门的实际情况也不尽相同，这就对企业管理提出了更高的要求。所以设计开发一套实用的管理信息系统也是当务之急。本文是关于某公司的工资管理信息系统设计开发过程的报告，是根据该公司的实际情况提出系统开发的需求。首先，主要从管理信息系统的概念、管理信息系统的发展趋势、管理信息系统的开发方法三个方面阐述了管理信息系统的
2、一些基本的知识。其次从员工薪酬体系、员工激励政策两方面阐述了一些关于员工薪酬管理的基本知识。最后从可行性研究、需求分析、系统设计、编程、测试和维护阶段等阶段阐述了工资管理信息系统的开发过程。该系统是由作者独立开发，因此会存在许多功能上的不完善与缺陷，希望各位老师给予批评指正。关键词：薪酬管理，信息管理系统，系统开发AbstractNowadayssociallyhavealreadywalkedtheinformationsuperhighway,ChinesesucceedjoiningtheWTO,thenationisdev
