1、2!渔Q生2箜鲞筮ig!出，：型Q．57．·误诊研究：神经系疾病·颅内血管外皮细胞瘤误诊报告并文献复习马文超，唐晓平，漆建，段军伟，彭华，苟章洋，罗波[摘要]目的探讨颅内血管外皮细胞瘤(hemangi叩ericytoma，HPC)的临床、影像学、病理特点及误诊原因、防范措施。方法对我院收治的2例颅内HPC误诊病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并复习相关文献。结果本组1例以头痛、头晕，1例以头晕伴步态不稳至我院就诊，术前分别诊断为胶质瘤和脑膜瘤。2例均于显微镜下全部切除肿瘤，术后病理检查皆确诊为颅内HPC，术后均辅以放射治疗，放射治疗结束后出院。出院后1个月随访2例均无异常。结论颅内
