2、常规冻胶堵剂溶解时间长、高温高盐油藏中稳定性差等问题,研制了一种由乳液聚合物、单体交联剂和稳定剂组成的适用于海上油田的耐温抗盐速溶冻胶堵剂。通过室内静态评价实验,优化了130℃下冻胶堵剂配方:2.0%-3.O%乳液聚合物+0.6%~1.2%交联剂+2.0%~3%稳定剂PE,该堵剂体系30℃下溶解时间20min左右,成冻时间4~l1h可控,成冻强度级别D~F可调。实验结果表明,该冻胶堵剂在高温(130℃)高盐(矿化度33351mgm,Ca、Mg离子含量达1613mg/L)条件下老化90d后未脱水,显示出较好的耐温抗盐性能及抗
