3、(ifany)whicharelistedintheContractAgreement.2.“ContractAgreement”meansthecontractagreementreferredtoinSub-Clause1.6[ContractAgreement],includinganyannexedmemoranda.3.“Employer’srequirements”meansthedocumententitledemployer’srequirements,asincludedintheContract,andanyadditionsandmodificationstosuch
4、documentinaccordancewiththeContract.Suchdocumentspecifiesthepurpose,scope,and/ordesignand/orothertechnicalcriteria,fortheWorks.4.“Tender”meanstheContractor’ssignedofferfortheWorksandallotherdocumentswhichtheContractorsubmittedtherewith(otherthantheseConditionsandEmployer’sRequirements,ifsosubmitte
5、d),asincludedintheContract.5.“PerformanceGuarantees”and“Scheduleofpayments”meanthedocumentssonamed(ifany),asincludedintheContract.PartiesandPersons1.“Party”meanstheEmployerortheContractor,asthecontextrequires.2.“Employer”meansthepersonnamedasemployerintheContract–19–GeneralProvisionsofFIDICAgreeme
