7、送管法常出现外套管失去支撑打折而致穿刺失败[1l。2011年8月一2O12年3月笔者采用保留针芯单手送管取得满意效果，现报道如下1资料与方法1．1一般资料选择在我院儿科A病区住院的婴幼儿186例，共留置套管针400例次，按穿刺的先后顺序分为两组。对照组200例次，男104例次，女96例次，年龄1个月至3岁，(1．6+0．3)岁；支气管肺炎l13例次，腹泻4O例次，肾病综合征l5例次，其他32例次；穿刺部位：头部62例次，手部94例次，【收稿日期】2012—07—03[作者简介】张淑丽(197
