1、基层医院开展无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床效果探析刘娜山东省枣庄市立医院外科[摘要]目的：探究基层医院开展无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院于2010年4月~2011年4月收治腹股沟疝患者86例，将患者分为A、B两组。A组患者43例，采用平片式无张力疝（Lichtenstein）修补术治疗腹股沟疝；B组患者43例，采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝。观察患者治疗期间的临床效果，统计数据。结果：A组患者在手术时间为（50±5.3）min、术后活动时间（12±2.1）h、B组患者手术时间（50±3.1）min，术后活动时间（1
2、2±3.0）h,两组患者术后疼痛均为Ⅰ级、复发率均为0，术后并发症等方面无明显差异（P>0.05），但手术治疗费用A组远低于B组（P<0.05）。结论：平片式和疝环充填式无张力疝修补术对治疗腹股沟疝均有良好的临床效果，平片式无张力疝修补术费用较低，更为经济，更适合基层医院开展。[关键词]腹股沟疝；平片式无张力修补术；疝环充填式无张力疝修补术；临床效果AnalysisoftheClinicalEfficacyofTension-freeHerniorrhaphyAdoptedinPrimaryHospitalsforInguinalHernia[Abs
