4、noverYongding,Wulingyuan,twodistrictsandCili,Sangzhiandtwocounties.In2008,thetotalpopulationof1million639thousandand500people,withatotalareaof9563squarekilometers.ThecityislocatedinYongdingDistrict,390kilometersawayfromtheprovincialcapitalofChangsha.Sincethen,Zhangjiajiehasmadegreateffortst
5、odevelopthetourismindustry.In2008,thecityachievedaGDPof18billion398millionyuan,anincreaseof13.2%overthepreviousyear,twodigitgrowthfor6consecutiveyears,anincreaseof4.2and0.4percentagepointsfasterthanthatofthewholecountryandtheprovincerespectively.Thecityhas65travelagencies,includingtheintern
