4、2016,30(3):265G272.Abstract:Identificationandanalysisofthevariationsofriceblastresistancegenesequenceisthebasistodigintothegeneticresourcesofthericeblastresistance.Inthispaper,609basesinthesecondcodefunctionalregionofthericeblastresistancegenePitawereanalyzedusing218ricelandra
5、cesfrom56countiesofYunnanProvince.Atotalof18nucleotidevariationswerefoundinthesequenceandtheORFsof218riceaccessionsweregroupedinto46haplotypesand28proteinstypes.PitaGH1(17.89%),PitaGH2(29.82%)andPitaGH6(20.18%)werehighGfrequencytypesinYunnan,whileothertypeswereatlowfrequency(0
6、.46%-3.67%).SotheadvantagehaplotypesinYunnanwerePiGtaGH1,PitaGH2andPitaGH6(totally67.89%).Atotalof61ricelandracescarryingtheresistancegenePita,thebasefunctionalsite2752wasGwiththerateof27.98%.ThesequenceofPitain39resistancevarietieswasidenticalwiththesequenceobtainedfromtheVie
7、tnameseresistancevarietyTetep.ThedistributionofresistancegenePitainricesubspeciesorecotypeswasunbalanced.Thedistributionfrequencyofindicawas35.06%,japonica24.11%,rice31?03%,uplandrice21.92%,noGglutinousrice30.77%,glutinousrice18.37%.ThedistributionofblastresistancegenePitainYu
