1、新疆风电出力特性统计分析及应用*蔺红1,朱卫2(1.新疆大学电气工程学院,乌鲁木齐830047;2.中国能源建设集团新疆电力设计院有限公司,乌鲁木齐830001)摘要:为了研究新疆电网合理消纳风电问题,根据新疆风电场运行实际数据,计算了反映风电自然特性的日出力变化率、相关性、同时率、波动性及间隙性等出力特性量化指标,采用概率统计法分析了新疆风电场/群的出力特性,分析表明:新疆风电出力水平较高,出力变化速率不大,风电出力的波动频率小,新疆各风电场的同时率较高,间歇率小,破坏性风速较少,风电的可利用率高,最
