前言中央空调是“空调大家族”中的重要组成部分。空调可分为中央空调与局部空调两大类。局部空调泛指窗式空调器和分体式壁挂空调器或分体式柜式空调器。除局部空调以外的空调,则统称为中央空调。中央空调在使用过程中,能耗约占整个供电部门供电量的40%左右,可见空调节能的重要性。而合理的设计方案、精心的施工和科学的运行管理对空调节能都是至关重要的。实现空调节能的根本途径,就在于巧妙地利用室内外条件、维护结构及空调设备的相互作用关系,选择满足建筑节能要求的方案,既创造出舒适、高效的室内环境,而同时又实现大幅度节能的目的。本设计从节能的角度进行多种方案的分析比较以满足业主的需要及规范的要求。充分体现了造价低,耗电耗能少,运行维护修理方便等优点。当然有些方案可根据施工现场的具体情况进行适当的调整,以使本设计能达到节能及舒适的环境的目的。节能和环保是实现可持续发展的关键。从可持续发展理论出发,空调系统如何适应在低负荷下高效节能运行及在系统设计中对设备进行节能选配就成为空调节能的关键,这对于节约能源、降低运行费用、促进国民经济发展具有十分重要的意义。对于即将成为一个暖通专业的工作者的毕业生,在以后空调系统的设计、管理过程中,均应将对节能减排问题引起足够的重视,在各个环节中均应积极地争取挽回所有可能挽回的能量。并将能源消耗作为衡量系统优劣的一项重要指标105 105 第一章设计原始资料1.1建筑概况本设计为南京市国际大厦,是一个现代化写字楼,地下一层,高度为3.7米;地上四层,一层高度为4.2米,为办公室;二层高度为3.6米,为办公室;三层高度为3.6米,办公室;四层高度为3.6米,为办公室;总建筑高度为15米。1.2设计依据1.2.1设计任务书建筑围护结构:外墙:根据《实用供热空调设计手册》表4.7-13选用I型外墙,构造为水泥砂浆、240砖墙、保温材料为沥青膨胀珍珠岩,K=0.55w/m2·k;屋面:根据教材附录6序号2,保温层采用沥清膨胀珍珠岩。选用保温层厚度为125mm的II型其K=0.48w/m2·k。外门:k=3.516w/m2·k;外窗:为双层窗结构,外窗高为1.8m,玻璃采用厚度为3mm的普通玻璃,金属窗框,80%玻璃比例为80%;窗帘为白色,K=3.516w/(m*k),其它建筑围护结构:按照《公共建筑节能标准》执行。空调相邻房间温差较小不考虑内墙传热;室内照明负荷按11W/m2计算;办公室办公设备类型和数量无法确定,故按单位面积散热指标计算办公设备散热量,一套办公设备按主机,显示器,打印机,传真机各一台,并包括配套的办公家具,根据教材表3-13确定中等强度办公设备单位面积平均散热指标为11105 第一章空调系统方案选择暖通空调方案设计是整个暖通空调系统生命周期中最为关键的一环,是后续工作顺利进行的重要保障。空调系统方案的确定,主要是通过空调房间的类型、用途、结构特点、要求的控制精度等方面确定采用何种空调系统,以及室内气流组织(包括送、回、排风方式及风口布置)。1.1各空调系统方案比较空调系统按空气处理设备的设置情况分类可分为集中系统、半集中系统、全分散系统,其特征和应用如下表:表2.1空调系统比较系统分类系统特征系统应用集中系统集中进行空气的处理、输送和分配单风管系统、双风管系统、变风量系统半集中系统除有集中的中央空调器外,在各自空调房间还分别有处理空气的“末端装置”末端再热式系统、风机盘管机组系统、诱导器系统全分散系统每个房间的空气处理分别由各自的整体式空调器承担单元式空调器系统、分体式空调器系统1.1.1集中式空调系统优缺点1.空调与制冷设备可集中布置在机房内,机房面积较大,需要的层高较高。2.空调送回风管系统复杂,布置困难,支风管和风口较多时不易均衡调节风量。3.可根据室外气象参数的变化和室内负荷的变化实现全年多工况节能运行调节,充分利用室外新风,减少与避免冷热抵消,减少冷冻机运行时间。对于热湿负荷变化不一致或室内参数不同的多个房间,不经济;部分房间停止工作不需空调时,整个系统仍需运行,不经济。105 4.空调与制冷设备集中安设在机房内,便于管理和维修。5.各空调房间有风管连通,使各房间空气交叉污染;当发生火灾时会通过风管迅速蔓延。1.1.1风机盘管加新风系统(半集中式系统)优缺点1.只需新风空调机房(利用门窗渗透提供新风时,不需新风空调机房),机房占地面积小,当新风机组吊顶安装时,亦不需要新风空调机房;分散布置,敷设各种管线较麻烦。2.不需送、回风管,只需较小的新风管(利用门窗渗透提供新风时,亦不需新风管)。3.灵活性大,节能效果好,可根据各房间负荷情况自行调节;无法实现全年多工况节能运行调节。4.布置分散,维护管理不方便;水系统复杂,易漏水。5.各空调房间空气不串通,不会相互交叉污染。1.1.2单元式空调器(全分散系统)优缺点1.设备成套、紧凑;机组布置分散,敷设管线麻烦。2.系统小,风管短,各风口风量调节易达到均匀;小型机组余压小,有时难以满足风管布置和必需的新风量。3.不能根据室外气象参数的变化和室内负荷的变化实现全年多工况节能运行调节,过渡季不能用全新风;大多用电加热,耗能大;灵活性大,各空调房间可根据需要进行调节。4.机组易积灰结垢,清理较麻烦;维修管理困难。5.各空调房间空气不串通,不会相互交叉污染。105 1.1各种空调系统的适用条件集中式1.房间面积大或多层、多室热湿负荷变化情况类似;2.新风量变化大;3.室内温度、湿度、洁净度、噪声、振动等要求严格;4.全年多工况节能;5.高大空间的场合。半集中式:1.室内温、湿度控制要求一般的场合;2.多层多室,层高较低,热湿负荷不一致或参数要求不同;3.室内温湿度要求t≥±1℃,φ≥±10%;4.要求各室空气不要串通;5.各房间可单独进行控制的场所。分散式:1.各房间工作班次和参数要求不同且面积较小;2.空调房间布置分散;3.无法设置集中式冷、热源。1.2空调系统方案选择本工程为现代化的写字楼,通过以上对各种空调系统优缺点和房间功能特点的分析,该建筑根据需要灵活调节,且各房间要求互不影响,要求舒适性高,故选用风机盘管机组加新风系统;一到四层风机盘管机组加新风系统每层单设新风系统,将室外新风处理到室内焓值,由新风管道独立供给室内。105 第一章空调冷负荷计算冷负荷构成及计算原理目前,在我国暖通空调工程中,常采用冷负荷系数法计算空调冷负荷。由于计算的是11小时逐时冷负荷,负荷表比较大,所以全部计算结果都附在附表里。1.1.1围护结构瞬变传热形成冷负荷的计算方法3.1.1.1外墙和屋面瞬变传热引起的冷负荷在日射和室外气温综合作用下,外墙和屋面瞬变传热引起的逐时冷负荷可按下式计算:【3】(3-1)式中:——外墙和屋面瞬变传热引起的逐时冷负荷,W;A——外墙和屋面的面积,㎡;K——外墙和屋面的传热系数,W/(㎡·℃),可根据外墙和屋面的不同构造,由参考文献[1]中附录2-2和附录2-3中查得;——室内计算温度,℃;——外墙和屋面冷负荷计算温度的逐时值,℃,根据外墙和屋面的不同类型分别在参考文献[3]中附录2-4和附录2-5中查得;必须指出:(3.1)式中的各围护结构的冷负荷温度值都是以北京地区气象参数为依据计算出来的,因此对不同地区和不同情况应按下式进行修正:【3】(3-2)式中:td——地区修正系数,℃,由参考文献[1]中附录2-6中查得;ka——不同外表面换热系数修正系数,由参考文献[3]中表2-8中查得;kp——不同外表面的颜色以101房间为例,计算如下:105 以101房间为例,=1.293×192.687(85.6-59.1)=1.83kW其他房间见附表5。1.1人体散湿量人体散湿量可按下式计算:【3】(3-12)式中:——人体散湿量,kg/h;——群集系数,本设计取0.9;——计算时刻空调区的总人数,101房间人数为5;g——成年男子的小时散热量,kg/(h·p);26℃时,极轻劳动成年男子的小时散热量为109g/(h·p)。见表3.5以101办公室为例,=0.001×0.9×5×109=0.47kg/h,其他房间见附表5。105 第一章空调过程设计及处理设备选择1.1空气处理过程分析在本设计办公室均采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,并选择室外新风处理到室内焓值,新风单独送入室内。1.1.1风机盘管加新风系统的空气处理风机盘管加新风系统的空气处理方式有:1.新风处理到室内状态的等焓线,不承担室内冷负荷;2.新风处理到室内状态的等含湿量线,新风机组承担部分室内冷负荷;3.新风机组不仅承担新风冷负荷,还承担部分室内显热冷负荷和全部潜热冷负荷,风机盘管仅承担一部分室内显热冷负荷,可实现等湿冷却,可改善室内卫生和防止水患;4.新风处理到室内状态的等温线,风机盘管承担的负荷很大,特别是湿负荷很大,造成卫生问题和水患;5.新风处理到室内状态的等焓线,并与室内状态点直接混合进入风机盘管处理。风机盘管处理的风量比其它方式大,不易选型。所以本设计选择新风处理到室内状态的等焓线,不承担室内冷负荷方案。其空气处理过程见下图4.3:105 图4.3风机盘管加新风系统空气处理焓湿图1.1系统新风量的确定1.1.1送风状态点的确定和送风量的确定本设计选定送风温差为8℃,则可通过联解以下三个方程式得出送风状态点的参数。①(4-1)②(4-2)③(4-3)上式中的已知参数为Q、W、、,未知参数为、、。联立得出:;以101办公室为例,=26℃,送风温差为8℃,则=18℃,室内相对湿度=60%,查焓湿图得出=59.1KJ/Kg,=12.8g/kg,Q=3.126KW,W=0.129×10¯³Kg/s,则=[3.126×12.8-1000×0.000129×(59.1-1.01×18)]/[3.126-0.000129(2.85×18+2500)]=12.7993g/kg=1.01×18+(2500+1.84×18)×12.7993/1000=50.60g/kg=3.126/(59.1-50.60)=0.3678Kg/s=1024.16481.1.2最小新风量确定的原则:一个完善的空调系统,除了满足对环境的温、湿度控制以外,还必须给环境提供足够的新风。从改善室内空气品质角度,新风量多些为好;但是送入室内的新风都得通过热、湿处理,将消耗能量,因此新风量少些为好。新风量通常应满足以下三个要求:【4】105 1.稀释人群本身和活动所产生的污染物,保证人群对空气品质的要求;2.补充室内燃烧所消耗的空气和局部排风量;3.保证房间的正压。在全空气系统中,通常取上述要求计算出新风量中的最大值作为系统的最小新风量。如果计算所得的新风量不足系统风量的10%,则取系统送风量的10%。1.1.1最小新风量的计算以101办公室为例:最小新风量由下式确定:(4-3)式中:——每人每小时所需的最小新风量[m/(m²·h)],本设计取30;——单位建筑面积每小时所需的最小新风量[m/(m²·h)],本设计取0.9;F——房间建筑面积(m²),101房间面积为47.43m².所以此房间的最小新风量为=30×5+0.9×47.43=192.6871.2风机盘管选型计算以101办公室为例:1.计算风机盘管风量:=1024.1648-192.687=831.4778=0.26kg/m³2.确定M点:(4-4)式中:Q为空调房间总负荷,可得=50.60-192.687×(59.1-50.60)/831.4778=48.63kJ/kg3.FP供冷量:全冷量:=0.26×(59.1-50.60)=2.21kW4.风机盘管的选用:【5】1105 第一章风口及气流组织设计1.1气流组织的重要性气流组织设计是空调系统设计的一个重要环节,它直接影响着空调系统的使用效果。气流组织设计的任务是合理地组织室内空气的流动,使室内工作区空气的温度﹑相对湿度﹑速度和洁净度能更好地满足人们的舒适性要求。空调房间的气流组织,应根据建筑物的用途对空调房间内温湿度参数、允许风速、噪声标准、空气质量、室内温度梯度及空气分布特性指标的要求,结合建筑物特点、内部装修、工艺或家具布置等进行设计计算。1.2送、回风方式及风口形式空调房间常采用气流组织形式的送风方式,按其特点主要可分为侧送、孔板送风、散流器送风、条缝送风和喷口送风等。对室温允许波动范围有要求的空调房间主要采用前三种。本工程一层至四层采用风机盘管+独立新风的空调系统,采用高静压型卧式暗装机组,为节省投资,减少噪声源,采用一机多口的送风方式,即通过机组出口处附加的多接头静压箱,经软管与两到三个出风口相连接的送风方式,暗装在吊顶内,机组出口接送风管,风管底部设有两到三个圆形散流器,新风采用散流器平送。1.2.1散流器平送的计算:以101房间为例:总送风量Q=0.338m³,空间长、宽、高分别为A×B×H=7.5×5.1×4.2。1.选用圆形散流器,布置2个散流器,即散流器个数n=2.2.选取喉部风速=3m/s,计算得喉部面积=Q/(n)=0.338/(3×2)=0.056,105 选用喉部尺寸为φ250的圆形散流器,则喉部实际风速为=0.338/[2×3.14×(0.25/2)²]=3.38m/s,散流器实际出口面积约为喉部面积的0.9,则散流器的有效流通面积为F=0.9×3.14×(0.25/2)²=0.044,则散流器出口风速为=/0.9=3.76m/s3.计算射程X=K/-,(5-1)式中:——在X处得最大风速;K——系数,多层锥面散流器为1.4;——射流最远处的最大风速;此处取0.5m/s;——自散流器中心到射流外观原点的距离,对多层锥面型为0.07m;则X=[1.4×3.76×/0.5]-0.07=2.14m散流器中心到区域边缘距离为2.55m,根据要求,散流器的射程应为散流器中心到房间或边缘距离的0.7,所以最小射程为2.55×0.75=1.91m.2.14m>1.91m,因此射程满足要求。4.计算室内平均风速=0.381rL/(L²/4+H²)½(5-2)式中:rL——射程(m);L——散流器服务长度(m),101房间为2.55m;H——房间静高(m);故=0.381×2.14/(2.55²+4.2²)½=0.023m/s夏季工况送风,则室内平均风速为0.23×1.2=0.276m/s105 满足舒适性空调室内风速不应大于0.3m/s的要求。5.计算轴心温差衰减(5-3)送风温度为18℃,工作区温度为26℃,=8℃;故=8×0.5/3.38=0.98℃,满足舒适空调温度波动范围±1℃的要求。同理可对其他办公室进行气流组织计算,散流器具体布置见风管平面图1.1.1卫生间排风卫生间排风换气次数为10次/小时,每个卫生间选用松下FV—24CHL1C型照明换气扇一台,其风量为207m3/h,排风管直径为100mm。卫生间排风由各换气扇的排风管集中到排风竖井,通过排风竖井将排气扇排出的气体排至室外。105 第一章水力计算部分1.1风管部分风管的水力计算是在系统和设备布置,风管材料,各送排风点的位置和风量均已确定的基础上进行的。其主要目的是,确定各管段的管经(或断面尺寸)和阻力,保证系统内达到要求的风量分配,最后确定风机的型号和动力消耗,采用假定流速法进行水力计算,为使风量均匀送排风,可用假定流速法来演绎静压复得法,即利用动压差克服阻力,达到均匀送排风。以二层右环路新风机组为例:主要计算步骤如下:1.对各管段进行编号,见下图,标出管段长度和各送风点的风量。2.选择最不利环路1-3-7-9-11-14。(选择最不利环路的原则:1.阻力损失最大的环路2.距离最长的环路)3.根据各管段的流量及选定的流速,确定最不利环路上各管段的断面尺寸和单位长度摩擦阻力。管段1:假定流速V=3.5m/s,根Q=475.54m3/h,F=475.54/(3.5×3600)=0.038m2,查文献[8]表8.1-2,选择规格为200㎜×200㎜,则实际流速V=3.30m/s,根据实际流速和流量,查文献[8]表8.2-2可知,比摩阻为Rm=0.84105 Pa/m;同理可查得其他管段的管道尺寸及单位长度摩擦力,见水力计算表。4摩擦阻力:Pa5.局部阻力:该管段的局部阻力系数:∑ξ=7.7则局部阻力为Pa总阻力为:Pa同理计算其他各管段的局部阻力及沿程阻力和局部阻力,进而求得总阻力。计算结果见附表。1.1水管部分1.1.1以推荐流速法进行空调水系统水力计算:1.各层水管路系统的水力计算草图见各层水管平面图。2.将各管段进行编号。“为了减小风机盘管水系统的管径,管路设计时通常选用较大的比摩,一般取120~400Pa/m,小管径取大些的数值,大管径取小些的数值。因风机盘管为末端设备,用户可根据自身要求进行个体调节。为保证资用压力符合要求,现以各房间的夏季最大冷负荷为准计算流量,根据公式[7](6-1)其中:——计算流量,kg/h;——房间的冷负荷W;th——水系统回水温度(取12℃);tg——水系统供水温度,(取7℃)。3.先进行平面方向的水力计算。105 现以一层供(回)水管为例说明基本计算步骤:1)选择最不利管路1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12。2)根据各管段的流量和推荐比摩阻120~400,查水管路计算图(见文献[9]P74),确定各管段的管径,填入水管水力计算表。3)根据各管段的管径和流量,计算各管段的实际流速,并查水管路计算图,求得各管路的实际比摩阻。4)根据各管路的实际情况,列出各管段局部阻力管件名称,由文献[9]P74查得各管段的局部阻力部件和局部阻力系数。并将总局部阻力系数填入水管水力计算表。5)根据各管段的长度、比摩阻、速度、局部阻力系数,求得各管段的局部阻力、沿程阻力和总阻力,填入水管水力计算表。以一层101为例,水力计算图如下:管段1负荷为2594.19W,流量为=0.86×2594.15/(12-7)=446.20Kg/h,根据流量与比摩阻查水管路计算图得出管径为DN20;根据流量与管径确定实际流速ν=G/3.14/d²=446.20/3.14/d²=0.25m/s,查水管路计算图的实际比摩阻为335Pa/m,管段1的总阻力为1148.57Pa。其他计算结果见附表。1.1.1冷凝水系统的确定风机盘管机组在运行时产生的冷凝水,必须及时排走,排放凝结水的管路的系统设计中,应注意以下几点:(见文献[11]P168)1)风机盘管凝结水盘的进水坡度不应小于0.01105 。其它水平支干管,沿水流方向,应保持不小于0.003的坡度,且不允许有积水部位;2)冷凝水管道宜采用聚乙烯塑料管或镀锌钢管,不宜采用焊接钢管。采用镀锌钢管,设置保温层。3)风机盘管的冷凝水管管径,应根据冷凝水流量和冷凝水管的最小坡度确定,为计算方便,可按冷负荷确定冷凝水的管径,每1kw冷负荷最大凝水量一般为0.4~0.8kg。冷凝水管的管径可按表6.2选用。表6.2空调冷凝水管估算表冷负荷Kw≤77.1~1818.1~100100~176177~598管径DN2025324050105 第一章中央空调系统冷热源设计1.1概述冷热源是空调系统的核心部分。空调系统冷热源设计的合理与否会直接影响空调系统是否能正常经济运行。因此,在空调系统设计中,要十分注意合理地选择和设计空调系统的冷热源。1.2冷热源方案比较风冷制机组与水冷制冷机组的技术经济比较:1.提要风冷制冷机组适用于所处地域水源紧张的中、小系统;对年运行时数越长的制冷系统采用风冷制冷机组越有利;风冷制冷机组的年度综合费用低于水冷系统,但水冷系统若管理得法,补水量控制在3%以下,则风冷制冷机组较水冷制冷机组所增加的初投资很难回收。2.风冷制冷机组的运行费风冷制冷机组年耗电费用=(压缩机耗电量+风机耗电量)×运行时间/年×电价3.水冷制冷机组的运行费用水冷制冷机组年水费=(总循环水×换水次数+补水量×总循环水量×运行时间/年)×水价水冷制冷机组年耗电费用=(压缩机耗电量+冷却塔风扇耗电量+冷却水泵耗电量)×运行时间/年×电价本建筑物地处北京市,水源基本充足。综合以上因素,本设计选用水冷机组。105 1.1冷热源选型空气调节用人工冷源(也就是冷水机组)是包含全套制冷设备的、制备冷冻水或冷盐水得制冷机组,是目前空调系统中普遍选用的做为空调冷源的设备。冷水机组按驱动的动力可分为两类,一类是电力驱动的冷水机组,包括活塞式冷水机组,螺杆式冷水机组和离心式冷水机组;另一类式热力驱动的冷水机组,又称吸收式冷水机组,分为蒸汽或热水式吸收式冷水机组和直燃式吸收式冷水机组。冷水机组根据冷却介质的不同,又分为水冷式冷水机组和风冷式冷水机组两大类。选择冷水机组时,应根据建筑物用途、冷水温度、以及电源、水源和热源等情况,从初投资和运行费用进行技术经济比较确定。冷水机组一般以选用2~4台为宜,中小型规模宜选用2台,较大型可选用3台,特大型选用4台,冷水机组一般不设备用,并与负荷变化情况及运行调节相适应。制冷机选择,应考虑其对环境的影响:1.噪声与振动要控制在环境条件允许指标之内。2.考虑制冷剂氟利昂对大气臭氧层的危害和禁用实践,R-11,R-12为制冷剂的制冷机应禁止使用。进行技术经济比较后,宜优先采用能量调节自动化程度较高的冷水机组,本设计选用直燃型溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组。1.2制冷机组的选择计算制冷系统的制冷量应包括用户实际所需的制冷量以及制冷系统本身和供冷系统冷损失,按下式计算[15](7-1)式中:——制冷系统的部制冷量,kW105 ——用户实际需要的制冷量,kW——冷损失附加系数,m=0.10-0.15,取0.1所以总制冷量=(1+0.1)×485.8456=534.430kW查规范可知,制冷机组台数的选择按工程大小,负荷运行规律而定,一般不少于2台,保证系统运行的稳定性,本工程选用制冷机组2台,故机组单机容量为Q′=Q/2=752.66/2=267.215kW。本设计选用ZXLR系列直燃型溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组2台,其型号为ZXLR-35,单机制冷能力为349KW。ZXLR-35型机组主要参数如下:名义制冷量349KW蒸发器进出水温12-7℃蒸发器侧冷冻水流量60m3/h蒸发器侧压力降83kPa蒸发器侧进出水管径100㎜冷凝器进出水温32-40℃冷凝器侧冷却水流量90m3/h冷凝器侧压力降82kPa冷凝器侧进出水管径,125㎜外形尺寸:长3060㎜,宽1735㎜,高1805㎜其所需要的冷冻水量为:[15]m3/h(7-2)式中:——系统总的制冷量;C——热水的比热,本设计中取4.18kJ/kg·℃,——冷冻水的出口温度,7℃;——为冷冻水的入口温度,12℃;105 1.1冷却塔的选择1.1.1冷却塔的冷却原理制冷系统产生的热量,必须导走并耗散掉。常用水作为一种将热量从冷凝器带走的传热介质。冷却塔的作用是将携带热量的冷却水在塔内于空气进行换热,使热量传输给空气大气。冷却塔中水与空气的换热方式之一是,通过水表面的空气与水直接接触,通过接触传热和蒸发散热,把水中的热量传输给空气。用这种方式冷却的称为湿式冷却塔。湿式冷却塔的换热效率高,水被冷却的极限温度为空气的湿球温度。但是水因蒸发而造成损耗;蒸发又使循环的冷却水含盐度增加,为了稳定水质,必须排掉一部分含盐度较高的水;风吹也会造成水的飘散损失。必须有足够的新水补充。因此,湿式冷却塔需要有供给的水源。1.1.2冷却塔选型设计时应考虑的问题1.应选用温差大,冷幅高,冷效好的冷却塔。2.选用冷却塔时应遵循《工业企业噪声控制规范》(GBJ87-85)的规定。3.中小型制冷机的冷却水量一般在65-500m3/h之间,多选用逆流式。1.1.3水处理装置的选择水处理装置中以安装软化水设备最好,但价格高,占地面积大,电子水处理装置是近年来应用较好的一种水处理装置,。WT型高频电子水处理器就是其中的一种效果较好的水处理装置。WT高频电子水垢处理器利用高频电磁场作用流经处理器的水,可以防止硬垢生成,有效地杀灭水中的藻类,菌类等,有效地抑制水中微生物的繁殖。由于补水量为整个系统总水量的1%左右,所以补水量为132.1×1.1=145.22m3105 /h,故选取北京市万事泰得电子及能源有限公司生产的分体化系列WT-400型高频电子水垢处理器,技术参数如下:处理水量400m3/h功率350W接口方式φ300法兰尺寸规格A:1180mmBφ325C720mmD160mm1.1.1冷却塔的设计工况和选型冷却塔冷却水量可按下式计算:(7-3)式中:W——冷却塔水量m3/h;Q——冷凝器的散热量,kW;△T——冷却水进出口温差(℃),压缩式制冷机△t=5℃,吸收式制冷机△t=8℃;——水的比热容,kJ/(kg.℃),常温时取4.1868KJ/(Kg·℃);不同机型冷凝器单位产冷量的散热量,可按下式估算:对于吸收式制冷机组:(7-4)式中:——冷水机组的制冷量,kW;故=3600×2.5×534.430/1000/8/4.1868=143.15m3/h单台冷却塔冷却水量W′=W/2=71.575m3/h故选择2台河南开通厂家生产的BNGD-100型圆形逆流式中温低噪声冷却塔,中温系列工况,进塔水温为40℃,出塔水温为32℃,水温差为8℃,主要技术参数见下:表8.4BNGD-100型圆形逆流式中温低噪声冷却塔主要技术参数105 型号冷却水量(m3/h)风量(m3/h)风机直径(mm)电机功率(kw)进水压力(104Pa)BNGD-1001006500020005.531.1集水器和分水器的选择供水集管又称分水器(或分水缸),回水集管又称集水器(或回水缸),它们都是一段水平安装的大管径钢管。冷水机组生产的冷水送入供水集管,再经供水集管向各支系统或各分区送水,各支系统或各分区的空调回水,先回流至回水集管,然后由水泵送入冷水机组。供回水集管上的各管路均应设置调节阀和压力表,底部应设置排污阀或排污管(一般选用DN40)。供回水集管的管径按其中水的流速为0.5~0.8m/s范围确定。管长由所需连接的管的接头个数、管径及间距确定,两相邻管接头中心线间距为两管外径+1200mm,两边管接头中心线距集管断面宜为管外径+60mm。集水器和分水器的管径确定是按经验估算:[8](7.5)式中:——分水器或集水器直径,mm;——分水器或集水器支管中的最大直径,mm;所以集水器和分水器和管径:故选用管径为DN250的集水器和分水器。[8]105 1.1冷冻水泵的选型和计算1.1.1冷冻水泵的选型和计算根据选型原则,选择三台冷冻水泵(两用一备)。水泵所承担的供回水管网最不利环路为四层右环路管路。1)水泵流量的确定单台冷水机组的额定水流量为60m3/h,即16.67L/s。根据水泵工作时,取流量储备系数=1.1。则单台水泵设计流量V=1.1×16.67=18.337L/s=66.01m3/h。2)水泵扬程H的确定水泵扬程H按下式计算:H=·Hmax(7-6)式中:H——水泵扬程,m;Hmax——水泵所承担的最不利环路的水压降,mH2O;——扬程储备系数取=1.1。总压降为供回水管网最不利环路的水压降,可以按照以下公式估算水泵的扬程:(7-7)式中:——冷水机组蒸发器的水压降,mH20;——最不利环路中并联空调末端装置中水压损失最大者的水压降,mH20;K——最不利环路中局部阻力当量长度总和与该环路管道总长度的比值,本设计K=0.63;——最不利环路管道长度。冷水机组蒸发器的水压降=83KPa=8.47mH20。最不利环路中并联空调末端装置中水压损失最大者是四层右环路新风机组,它的水压降=61KPa=6.2mH20105 。环路中各种管件的水压降和沿程压降之和按估算法计算:水系统为异程式,最不利环路总长约为79.5m。最不利环路总阻力约为:Hmax=8.47+6.2+0.05×79.5×(1+0.63)=21.15mH2O。水泵设计扬程为H=1.1×21.15=23.26mH2O。根据《中央空调设计实训教程》[1]附录,选用三台IS100-80-125型水泵,其流量为60m3/h,扬程为0.039MPa,电机功率为3.0KW,转速为1450r/min。1.1.1冷冻水泵配管布置进行水泵的配管布置时,应注意以下几点:1.安装软性接管:在连接水泵的吸入管和压出管上安装软性接管,有利于降低和减弱水泵的噪声和振动的传递。2.出口装止回阀:目的是为了防止突然断电时水逆流而时水泵受损。3.水泵的吸入管和压出管上应分别设进口阀和出口阀;目的是便于水泵不运行能不排空系统内的存水而进行检修。4.水泵的出水管上应装有温度计和压力表,以利检测。如果水泵从低位水箱吸水,吸水管上还应该安装真空表。5.水泵基础高出地面的高度应小于0.1m,地面应设排水沟。1.1.2冷却水泵的选择根据选型原则,选择三台冷冻水泵(两用一备)。1)水泵流量的确定单台冷水机组的冷却水额定水流量为90m3/h,即25L/s。根据水泵工作时,取流量储备系数=1.1。则单台水泵设计流量V=1.1×25=27.5L/s=90m3/h。根据《中央空调设计实训教程》[1]附录,选用三台IS125-100-200型水泵,其流量为105 100m3/h,扬程为0.123MPa,电机功率为7.5KW,转速为1450r/min。1.1.1补水水泵的选择根据选型原则,选择两台冷冻水泵(一用一备)。1)水泵流量的确定取补水流量的2.5到5.0倍,而补水量为制冷机配套循环水泵流量的1%到3%。补水流量V=66.01×2%×3.0=3.987m3/h,2)水泵扬程H的确定扬程应在循环水泵的扬程基础上附加30到50Kpa。H=23.26+4.08=27.34mH2O根据《中央空调设计实训教程》[1]附录,选用二台IS50-32-125型水泵,其流量为6.3m3/h,扬程为0.098MPa,电机功率为0.55KW,转速为1450r/min。105 第一章管道的保温及防腐1.1风管的保温及防腐1.1.1保温目的1.提高冷、热量的利用率,避免不必要的冷、热损失,保证空调的设计运行参数;2.当空调风道送冷风时,防止其表面温度可能低于或等于周围空气的露点温度,使表面结露,加速传热;同时可防止结露对风道的腐蚀。1.2保温材料的选择计算1.2.1保温材料的选择空调冷热水管、风管、凝结水管和屋面冷却水管均需保温。目前的保温材料主要有:外覆铝箔的离心玻璃棉管壳、聚乙烯(PE)泡沫保温板、管壳(阻燃型)、PVC/NBR橡塑发泡保温板、管壳(难燃B1级)。各种保温材料的特性如下表9.1:表9.1保温材料特性保温材料特性外覆铝箔的离心玻璃棉管壳其导热系数在0.042~0.058w/m.K。此保温材料价格低,但很多产品质量难于保证,且施工条件差,建筑物装修过程中易将外覆铝箔损坏,引起凝结水滴漏。PVC/NBR橡塑发泡保温板、管壳(难燃B1级)其导热系数在0.038~0.042w/m.K。价格约高,保温性能好,保温后外表平整、美观。经过对保温材料经济与热工性能分析、比较水管用泡沫橡塑作为保温材料;风管用离心玻璃棉较经济,性能也能达到要求。105 技术的不断进步,使暖通空调领域新的技术不断出现,我们可以通过多种方法实现暖通空调系统的节能。1、精心设计暖通空调系统,使其在高效经济的状况下运行暖通空调系统特别是中央空调系统是一个庞大复杂的系统,系统设计的优劣直接影响到系统的使用性能。例如系统往往都是按最大负荷设计的,而实际运行基本上是在部分负荷下运行,如果系统各部分的设计不能满足部分负荷运行的要求,那系统的能耗是很大的。又如新风系统的设计,系统应该能随着室外气象参数的变化改变新风量,以最大限度地缩短主机的开启时间。可以说空调系统的设计对系统的节能起着重要的作用。2、改善建筑维护结构的保温性能,减少冷热损失我们知道对于暖通空调系统而言,通过维护结构的空调负荷占有很大比例,而维护结构的保温性能决定维护结构综合传热系数的大小,亦即决定通过维护结构的空调负荷的大小。所以在国家出台的建筑节能设计规范和标准中,首先要求的就是提高维护结构的保温隔热性能。3、提高系统控制水平,调整室内热湿环境参数,尽可能降低空调系统能耗空调系统特别是舒适性空调系统对人体的作用是通过空气温度、湿度、风速、环境平均辐射温度进行的,人体对环境的冷热感觉是这些环境因素综合作用的结果。以往的空调控制方式仅仅是测控空气的温度湿度,甚至仅空气温度。显然是不全面的,势必带来许多问题,如空调系统对人体的作用不直接、当环境变化时对环境的调控不迅速、人体感到不舒适、空调系统的这种调控方式不节能。热湿环境研究成果的应用,为我们采用新的控制方式方法提供了理论基础。如果采用舒适性评价指标即体感指标作为空调系统的调控参数,如采用PMV或SET*指标对空调系统进行调控,不仅可以解决传统控制方法存在的弊病,而且可以实现大幅度的节能,据我们的初步研究表明,采用这种控制方法可使空调系统在人体舒适的条件下节能30%左右。4、采用新型节能舒适健康的空调方式105 如上所述,影响人体热舒适性的环境参数众多,不同的环境参数组合可以得到相同的热舒适性效果,但不同的热湿环境参数组合空调系统的能耗是不相同的。例如在冬季,如果我们采用传统的空调方式,把整个室内的空气加热,通过空气实现人体与环境的热湿交换,就需要较高的空气温度,此时通过维护结构的热损失和加热新风的热损失都比较大。如果我们根据热湿环境的研究成果,改变传统的空调方式,增加辐射热(如低温地板辐射采暖),此时所需要的空气温度降显著下降,一般可达到12~14度,而传统方式一般在18~20度,显然后者比前者具有显著的节能效果。在夏季也有类似的结果。5、推广应用使用可再生能源或低品位能源的空调系统随着空调系统的广泛应用,空调对不可再生能源的消耗将大幅度上升,同时对生态环境的破坏也在日趋加剧。如何利用可再生能源及低品位能源已经成了该领域重要的研究课题。地源热泵空调系统就是在这种形势下发展起来的,它利源地下恒温层土壤热显著提高空调系统的COP值,使得同等制热(或制冷)量下的系统能耗大幅度下降。另外,利用太阳能供热或制冷技术也在开发研究着。6、开展冷热回收利用的研究运用工作,实现能源的最大限度利用目前许多空调系统冷热回收利用研究也在蓬勃开展,如空调系统排风的全热回收器,夏季利用冷凝热的卫生热水供应等,都是对系统冷热的回收利用,显著提高了空调系统能源利用率。三、存在的问题与对策要实现空调系统的节能降耗,已经具备了许多成熟的条件,但同时也存在许多问题有待于解决:1、暖通空调系统的设计管理问题如前所述,空调系统的设计对空调系统的节能性有着重要的影响105 。然而在实际中往往得不到一些设计部门和设计人员的足够重视,使得设计建造的系统不仅初投资大,运行能耗也相当惊人,大大超过了国家标准。据实测,有的公共建筑的空调能耗占建筑总能耗的60%。为此, 我们有必要建议政府有关职能部门加强对暖通空调设计项目的管理,可以委托相关技术部门如学会等对设计图纸文件进行严格审查,对未达到国家有关节能标准的设计严禁施工建造。2、暖通空调系统的运行管理问题除设计外,我们发现运行管理也起着重要的作用。有些单位的空调系统,一年四季只有开机关机和冬夏季转换操作,显然系统达不到相应的节能效果。为此要求运行管理人员不仅要有强烈的责任心,上岗前还必须要进行系统的培训和考核,对没有达到要求的,应重新培训,考核合格后才能上岗。在调查中我们发现,同样一套系统,管理人员不同,系统的能耗大不相同,有的甚至相差50%以上。3、新型空调方式、控制方法及新的节能技术的开发应用问题如前所述,采用新型空调方式、新的控制方法,不仅能显著提高热舒适性而且可以使系统大幅度节能。在我省对新型空调方式和控制方法的研究可以说在全国都是比较早的,并且已经取得了一些可喜的成果,只要政府部门略加扶持这些成果将很快能得到适用,并形成产业化,对这些项目的实施,将对我省的能源、环境和经济都将起到巨大的推动作用。4、公众对空调系统作用的理解观念问题对于舒适性空调系统,从本专业的角度来讲就是使人体有好的热舒适性。而在社会上我们常常发现一种这样的观念:认为空调在夏季是越冷冬季越热效果越好。这显然与舒适性空调的出发点相违背的。事实上,这样不仅大大增大了空调系统的能耗,同时由于室内外温差的增大,也使人体对不同环境的适应性下降,身体免疫力降低。这些可以通过宣传改变人们的观念。5、使用可再生能源空调系统的开发推广应用问题105 利用可再生能源的暖通空调系统,如地源热泵空调系统、太阳能制冷、供热系统,不仅有着显著的环境和社会效益,有的还有着显著的经济效益(如地源热泵空调系统),应大力开发推广。当然,和其他任何新技术一样,这些技术也存在着一些问题(如地源热泵系统的地源热提取问题等),也需要进一步研究完善,也需要政府部门的重视和支持。综上所述,暖通空调系统在建筑节能中占据重要的位置,起着重要的作用,节能技术的研究开发和运用是暖通空调系统、建筑系统节能的基础,政府职能部门的重视和支持,则是实现大幅度节能、产生显著的环境和社会效益、推动经济发展的保证。105
