1、威海市商业银行小微企业信贷风险防范研究摘要随着经济全球化和我国改革开放的影响，我国的经济发展呈现一幅欣欣向荣的景象，小微企业在我国的经济发展中更是占据着越来越重要的地位，在拉动就业方面的作用更是不容小觑，然而由于其规模小、风险大、财务不够透明等特性，在扩张的过程中，借贷难始终困扰着广大小微企业，同时受到宏观经济政策的影响，其生产的成本也不断上升，在多变的市场条件下，生存面临的挑战也越来越大。目前来说，我国的商业银行已经将小微企业信贷作为银行不断发展的新的增长点，但是由于小微企业各方面的特性以及我国金融市场的秩序和
