1、欠发达地区论文：欠发达地区农村养老保障问题研究【中文摘要】养老保障是我国人口老龄化过程中面临的最大挑战。目前我国农村普遍实行的是以家庭养老为主的传统养老模式,随着经济发展和社会的变化,传统的家庭养老功能日益削弱,土地的保障功能也在减弱,再加上农村人口老龄化问题的日益严重,以及农村养老社会保障体系尚未形成,如何应对农村老年人的养老风险,逐步成为一个长期而又紧迫的社会问题。本文在借鉴众多专家学者研究成果的基础上,对欠发达地区永丰县农村养老保障问题进行研究。本文对欠发达地区及农村养老保障的相关概念进行了界定
2、,介绍了我国农村养老保障及欠发达地区永丰县农村的基本情况,全面分析了欠发达地区永丰县农村养老保障的现状,对永丰县农村养老保障存在的问题及其原因进行了探究。在借鉴国外及国内发达地区农村养老保障经验的基础上,提出了欠发达地区农村养老保障建设的对策与建议。【英文摘要】Theold-agesecurityisthebiggestchallengeintheprocessofpopulationaginginourcountry.Atpresent,thetraditionalpensionmodelmainl
