4、,参与细胞间物质交换和信息交流。肿瘤来源的外泌体可通过多种机制影响宿主的免疫状态,导致肿瘤发生免疫逃逸。本文重点阐述肿瘤来源外泌体对多种免疫细胞的调节作用,包括影响NK细胞的杀伤活性、促进巨噬细胞极化、抑制T细胞增殖、诱导免疫抑制性细胞分化等,旨在深化对肿瘤与免疫之间相互作用的认识,寻求新的免疫治疗靶点。关键词:外泌体,肿瘤,免疫细胞,免疫逃逸,免疫治疗1英文摘要TheEffectofTumor-derivedExosomesonImmuneStateoftheHostABSTRACTExosomesareakindofvesicularstru
