1、纳布啡复合罗哌卡因在痔疮手术后镇痛的应用［摘要］H的研宄纳布啡复合罗哌卡因对痔疮手术后镇痛的安全性及效果。方法选择2016年9月〜2017年3月本院择期行肛肠科重度痔疮手术的120例患者，ASA分级I〜II级，采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B和C三组，每组40例。术后行硬膜外自控镇痛，A组采用舒芬太尼0.5ug/ml+0.15%罗卩底卡因，B组采用0.1mg/ml纳布啡+0.15%罗哌卡因，C组采用0.2mg/ml纳布啡+0.15%罗哌卡因。记录三组术后8、12、24、48h及首次排便时的VAS评分，观察三组的肛周水肿、瘙痒、恶心呕吐、呼吸困难等不良反应发生情况
