7、棘突和椎板,以T12脊髓为中心显露大小为4mm×6mm的打击区。在硬膜表面垫一曲度与脊髓表面一致的塑料垫片,用直径2.5mm、重10g的圆柱状金属棒在细玻璃管的引导下从7cm高处垂直落下打击,造成以T12为中心的脊髓急性挫伤(致伤力为70g·cm)。损伤后每天3次人工按压膀胱排尿。假手术组仅行椎板切除。实验各组大鼠均肌注青霉素QD,分笼饲养。1.3硬膜外埋管术打击后行硬膜外埋管,将长约6cm、内径0.3mm、外径0.6mm的PE10聚乙烯管(宁波安来科技有限公司)直视下由伤口向大鼠尾端插入硬膜外腔约0.5cm,严密缝合伤口、肌肉层及筋膜层以防渗漏
8、并固定导管,然后从皮肤切口一侧用注射器针头引出,缝合伤口后用酒精灯烧灼末端封闭导管。1.4rhEPO干预方法分别于大鼠脊髓
