1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文柴苓益肾汤治疗肾病综合征的临床观察姓名：刘宏伟申请学位级别：硕士专业：中医内科学指导教师：潘龙201204中文摘要⋯III111IIIIIIIIUlY2115310目的：通过应用柴苓益肾汤治疗肾病综合征的临床观察，观察柴苓益肾汤在肾病综合征的治疗效果及其安全性，进一步对柴苓益肾汤有效性、安全性作出评价，进一步探讨柴苓益肾汤治疗肾病综合征的理论依据。方法：患者选自2010年7月至2012年2月西安高新医院肾内科患者，经过临床肾脏病理活检并符合肾病综合症40，随机分为两组，20为治疗组在雷公藤多甙片0．5mg／kg

2、．d和强的松0．5mg／kg．d(晨空腹服)治疗的基础上加用柴苓益肾汤加减300ml，早晚分服，20对照组患者应用雷公藤多甙片1．Omg／kg．d和强的松1．Omg／kg．d(晨空腹服)治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后实验室检查回报：蛋白尿、低蛋白血症(血浆白蛋白)对比及临床症状的变化及药物的不良反应，作出更加准确的疗效评价。3月总结1次，1年随访。结果：(1)柴苓益肾汤治疗肾病综合征治疗组与对照组，综合疗效比较：第一组90．00％、第二组70．00％，差异性显著(P<0．05)(2)治疗组在对患者临床症状的控制及实验室检查指标改善等方面均
