1、提要目的：观察温肾健脾方对糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者证属脾肾亏虚的疗效。方法：选择60例糖尿病神经源性膀胱中医辨证为脾肾亏虚证的患者，随机分为两组，将对照组30例给予基础治疗，即着重控制血糖，并给予弥可保治疗，治疗组30例在基础治疗基础上给予温肾健脾方，分别对两组进行系统临床研究，着重观察治疗前后患者的主要临床症状、膀胱残余尿量、血糖控制情况，疗程为两个月。结果：经临床观察，治疗组总有效率为90.0%，对照组总有效率为63.3%，两组临床总疗效差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗组在改善症状、减少残
