4、则Chapter1Generalprovisions第一条为进一步扩大对外开放，规范对外商投资建筑业企业的管理，根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》、《中华人民共和国中外合作经营企业法》、《中华人民共和国外资企业法》、《建设工程质量管理条例》等法律、行政法规，制定本规定。Article1TheseRegulationshereofareformulatedtofurthertheopeninguptotheoutsideandstandardisetheadministra
