7、年肺癌不典型脑转移26例,分析其CF特点，归纳肺癌不典型脑转移的几种多见类型•结果:幕上脑转移瘤21例，幕下5例,全部为单个转移灶，大小3〜5cm.结节型脑转移瘤8例,主要呈圆形高密度影，灶周水肿以及占位效应较轻，有屮一重度强化;花环型和混合型脑转移瘤各7例，大多数位于幕上，多为椭圆形或不规则形，混杂密度或低密度，有中一重度灶周水肿及占位效应;卒中型脑转移瘤4例,全部位于幕上，表现为椭圆形高密度影，轻度强化,中度水肿及占位效应•结论掌握肺癌不典型脑转移瘤CT基本特征对提高该病的诊断准确性有重要价值.【关键词】肺癌;脑;转移
