1、西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文知识型员工激励机制存在问题及对策分析——以银行A支行为例专业:工商管理硕士生:韩哲指导教师:张建儒摘要银行间的竞争有力的推动了金融服务的质量提高,外资银行的加入使市场的金融服务竞争更加剧烈,由此而引发的人才竞争,导致了各行知识性员工的流动。因此,如何留住和用好知识型员工就成为激励与绩效管理的燃眉之急。研究和探索有效的知识型员工激励其重要性与紧迫性则不言自明。本文立足A市支行员工激励的实际情况,在阐明员工激励相关理论的基础上,采用问卷调查法对A市支行知识型员工对激励的满意度进行了实地问卷
2、调查,在调查数据分析之后;得到员工对激励的满意度的结论;据调查结果深度剖析激励存在问题的影响因素,针对问题及成因对知识型员工激励机制进行了薪酬激励、工作激励、个人成长、环境激励和人文情感共五个方面的具体激励设计,亦对保障知识型员工激励机制顺利实施提出了加强组织保障和制度保障、落实员工绩效管理制度、培育优良文化等应对策略和建议。关键词:知识型员工;激励理论;激励机制西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文AnalysisontheproblemsandCountermeasuresoftheincentiveMechanism
