2、ialinjectionofpolymermeltintothemoldcavity,followedbyaninjectionofcompressedgas(usuallynitrogengas)intothepolymermelt．Thecompressedgaswilldrivethemeltfillingthemoldcavity,thennrakeahollowboreinthepartsection，andaccomplishpost-fillingwithpneumaticpressure．Theprocesshasinherentadvantag

3、esoflowerinjectionpressure，lessmaterialconsumption，lessshrinkage&warpage，bettersurfacequality,andCanbeusedtomanufacturelargeandthickpartsorpartswhichhaveboththickandsection．Withproductdesign，mouldstructureandmoldequipmentdetermined，technicsparametersdirectlyaffectmeltflowinginsidethe

4、moldandfinaldefectproblemsandoptimizedparametersisthepremiseofasoundproductwithoutdefects．CAEteclmologycanhelptechnicsengineerstooptimizetechnics，butthemethodsgenerallyuseddependontheCAEanalysisinsteadofrepeatedmoldingprocess，whichtakesquitealongtimeforCAEanalysisiftheproducthascompl

5、icatedtechnicsandgeometrymodelbecauseofitshugesizeandcomplicatedcharacteristics．ThispaperhasconductedagreatdealofresearchondeterminingtechnicsparameterswiththehelpofrationalandeffectiveusageofCAEanalysissoftwaretomakeproductswithoutdefect．Inrecentyears，manyscholarshastriedallkindsoft
