1、西安电子科技大学硕士学位论文大众化背景下的高等教育质量保障体系研究姓名：刘永斌申请学位级别：硕士专业：高等教育学指导教师：柏昌利20090101摘要自从我国高校扩招后，我国高等教育实现了跨越式发展，完成了从精英教育到大众化教育的历史性转变。随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段，在诸多方面引起全社会的关注，其中教育质量问题就是热点之一。尤其是我国现有的高等教育质量保障体系不够成熟，仍处于初级阶段，与我国高等教育发展的要求不相适应。如何构建有效的大众化背景下的高等教育质量保障体系，实现高等教育规模、质量、结构、效益全面协调发展，是当前高等教育亟待解决的问题。开展大众化背景下的高等教育质量保障体系研

2、究，对于转变传统高等教育质量观、深化高等教育改革、促进高等教育健康发展都具有十分重要的理论及实践意义。本文立足于中国高等教育处于大众化阶段的现实条件，借鉴国外高等教育质量保障体系的经验和教训，在前人的基础上，对中国高等教育质量保障体系作了深入研究，提出了构建我国高等教育质量保障体系的建议。教育质量是高等教育的生命线，要保障大众化高等教育的质量，必须建立完善的高等教育质量保障体系，以适应科学发展观的要求，促进我国高等教育事业全面协调可持续发展。关键词：高等教育大众化高等教育质量高等教育质量观高等教育质量保障体系ABSTRACTCollegesanduniversitieshasrecrui
