1、摘要高等职业院校产学合作人才培养模式是高等职业院校为培养具有良好职业素养、适应企业用人需求的职业技术人才，以“校企合作”为基础，将学校教育资源与企业职业教育资源相结合、学生的学校学习与生产性劳动以及工作岗位实践相结合的一种人才培养模式。实行产学合作人才培养模式是高等职业教育适应经济发展的需要，是谋求教育资源与企业需求协调发展的必然选择。本文主要通过调查法、访谈法对我国几所高等职业院校产学合作人才培养模式的实施现状进行调查，分析实施现状、实施过程中的不足与问题。在此基础上，以高等职业院产学合作人才培养模式的相关理论为支撑，借鉴国
