4、TMV-BinfectiousclonepGEBl7WaSsubstitutedwithToMVMPgene．Toconfirmthegenereplacement,twopairsofprimersspecificforTMVandToMVMPgeneweredesignedandusedtoidentifytherecombinantclonepT／OMP．TheinsertedgeneandfusionregionsequenceWaSconfirmedbysequencing．／nvitrotranscriptsofpT／OMP

5、containinfectivityaspGEBl7andpmgenyvirusesCaninteractspecificallywithTMVpolyantiserainWesternblotaSsay．TodefinetheintemhangeabilitybetweentheMPfunctionofTMVandToMV,studiesonhostrange，abilityofsystemicallyinfection,phenotypeoflocalinfectionandthesalicylicacid(SA)levelindu
