1、·论著·中国现代医生2014年5月第52卷第15期芬太尼联合丙泊酚对大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用温文郭光伟黄志刚孙国栋李晓辉山西医科大学第二医院心胸外科,山西太原030001[摘要】目的探讨芬太尼联合丙泊酚作用于大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)模型后,对核因子一KB(nuclearfactor—KB)表达的影响及其机制。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组(n=8):假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌注损伤组(I/R组)、芬太尼干预组(F组),丙泊酚干预组(P组),芬太尼联合丙泊酚干预组(F+P组)。对大鼠动脉血进行血气分析;检测大鼠肺组织湿
