1、天津医药2014年5月第42卷第5期刀骨l生Ⅲ类错黔畸形患者拔牙矫治后的软硬组织变化研究张红王建国张锡忠魏志强郭晨【摘要】目的探讨成人骨性Ⅲ类错雅畸形患者拔牙矫治后软硬组织变化的相关关系。方法应用回顾性研究方法，选取符合纳入标准的34例成人骨性Ⅲ类错黔畸形患者，对其头颅侧位片进行测量分析，比较骨性Ⅲ类错黔畸形患者正畸治疗前后相关测量指标的变化。结果骨性Ⅲ类错糟畸形患者经过正畸治疗后，上切牙长轴与前颅底平面交角(u卜sN)，下切牙长轴与下颌平面角交角(L1一MP)减小，下颌平面角(MP—FH)增大(P

2、(UL—SL)减小；下颌牙冠突度(u—sL)与下唇突度(LL—SL)亦减小，且减小程度大于前者，颏部变化差异无统计学意义；上唇突度的变化(△UL—SL)与上切牙突度变化(△uI—sL)呈正相关，下唇突度的变化(△LL—SL)与上切牙突度变化(△UI—SL)、下切牙突度变化(ALl—s1均呈正相关，且上唇突度变化与下唇突度变化呈正相关。结论骨性Ⅲ类错黔畸形患者拔牙矫治后侧貌得到明显改善，软组织与硬组织的变化存在中度相关关系。【关键词】骨性Ⅲ类；错台畸形；拔牙矫治；软组织侧貌【中图分类号】R783．5【文献标识码】A【DOI】10．3969／j．issn．0253-9896．2
