2、eandgiveclearrequirementsandcontrolthetranslationqualityofpartyb.2.partybshallcompletethetranslationworkintimeanddeliverthetranslationbyprintedhardcopyandarelevantdiskwithintheagreeddate(withtheexceptionofthedelaycausedbyforcemajeure)detailsaboutthedeliverytimewillbediscussedbetweenthetwopar

5、esecharactersandmarks(morethanchinesecharactersandmarks)4.partybcanevaluateandnoticepartyatheestimatedtranslationfeebeforethelaunchoftheproject.partyashallpaytopartybtheamountoftranslationfeeaccordingtotheactuallycalculatedloadoftranslation(asspecifiedinclause4ofthiscontract)1.partybpromises
