1、我国中小企业危机管理研究摘要本文是关于企业危机及其管理策略的研究。本文的研究定位于企业发展过程中面临的突发性危机事件。研究的主要目的在于为企业提高管理水平、实现可持续发展提供理论上的决策依据和实践上的具体操作措施。文中采用了规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法。近年来，有关国内外企业危机事件的个案分析不少，但总体上其研究的内容侧重于企业危机发生后如何应对，如何摆脱危机带来的负面影响等，主要是管理手段和技巧方面的总结和归纳，而对于危机产生的前兆、发展阶段、表现形式、影响及成因等方面缺乏系统的理论性分析和实证研究。本文试图结合我国的国情及我国
2、企业所处的宏观微观环境，深入探讨企业危机的产生、发展、影响、成因等特征，使得企业能对企业危机有一个较全面的认识。论文提出从预防、反应、恢复三个方面构建企业危机管理系统，为我国企业制定相应管理策略找准方向和切入点。最后我们以具体案例来了解企业危机管理体系，并提出了企业危机管理的主题策略和政策建议，希望能为我国企业的健康持续发展起到一定的借鉴意义。关键词：中小企业；危机管理；管理系统AbstractThisarticleisaboutcorporatecrisismanagementstrategyandresearch.Thisstu
