4、g,andforothergoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhichareherebyacknowledged,acceptedandagreedto,theCompanyandtheConsultant,intendingtobelegallybound,agreetothetermssetforthbelow.1.TERM.CommencingasoftheEffectiveDate,andcontinuingforaperio
