5、orwhichis,byproducingapotentialdrivingforceinpeople'smindsintheorganizationwillbecometheconsciousaction.Thisisafullyrationalpersonificationofmanagement.Itsbiggestcharacteristicliesinrelyingontheliberationofhumannature,theequalityofrightsandthemanagementofdemocracy,soastostimulateeveryon
