4、非小细胞肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近一半的患者在治疗过程中或后会发生脑转移。脑转移严重影响患者的生活质量并缩短生存时间。为了对脑转移患者预后进行预测,很多学者提出了不同的预后评价体系。目前脑转移的治疗方式主要有全脑放疗、立体定向放疗、手术、化疗、靶向治疗等,其中放射治疗仍是最主要治疗方式之一。随着放疗技术和靶向药物的快速发展,很多研究表明此两种治疗模式的联合可提高局控率并改善生存时间,但最佳联合方式尚未有定论。本文就NSCLC脑转移放射治疗的预后评价及治疗进展进行综述。关键词:非小细胞肺癌,脑转移,放射疗法,靶向治疗,预后评价1英

5、文摘要Prognosticindicesandupdateofradiotherapyforpatientswithbrainmetastasisinnon-smallcelllungcancerABSTRACTNon-smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC)isoneofthemostcommonmalignancies.AndabouthalfofthepatientswithNSCLCdevelopbrainmetastasisduringand/oraftertreatment.Brainmetastasesse

6、riouslyaffectthequalityoflifeandshortensurvivaltime.Inordertopredicttheprognosisofpatientswithbrainmetastasesafterradiotherapy,manyscholarshaveproposeddifferentprognosticevaluationsystems.Nowadays,thetreatmentmodalitiesforbrainmetastasesmainlyincludes:wholebrainradioth

7、erapy(WBRT),stereotacticradiotherapy,surgery,chemotherapy,targetedtherapyandevensupportivecare.Radiationtherapyisstilloneofthemostimportanttreatmentmodality.Withtherapiddevelopmentofradiotherapytechniqueandthetargetedtherapies,manystudiesshowedthatthecombinationofthese
