5、的重要因素。同时，法律英语作为一种特殊文体，比文学语言具有更显著的逻辑思维特征。从思维的角度看，研究思维的规律、形式和方法的科学，指导并规约着翻译的全过程。在思维方式的指导下进行翻译将会促进法律翻译理论及其翻译实践的发展，而正确的利用思维方式的转换也会大大提高法律翻译的质量。本文从法律英语语言特点分析出发，就思维方式的相关理论在法律英语汉译过程中的运用进行了探讨。同时，思维的运用对译者也提出了更高的要求：译者不仅需不断提高逻辑思维能力，还应具备深厚的双语功底以及丰富的法律知识。关键词：法律英语翻译
