1、提要目的：探讨瘢痕灸足三里治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效及其调节肠功能紊乱的作用机理。方法：本研究分为临床研究与动物实验两部分。临床研究部分将40例患者随机分为瘢痕灸治疗组与针刺对照组，每组各20例，观察治疗前后患者IBS症状严重程度积分、明显减轻应答等的变化情况。动物实验部分选用Wistar雌性大鼠成功制备感染后肠易激综合征（PI-IBS）大鼠模型，观察瘢痕灸前后大鼠离体结肠肌条的变化情况。结果：治疗组在患者IBS-SSS量表积分及明显减轻应答率等方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）；瘢痕灸后IBS大鼠结肠肌条收缩频率、振幅、张力较对照组
