4、eofourtime．Theimportanceofconflictmanagementisobvious．Combininginterculturalconflictmanagementtheorywithlinguistictheory(discourseanalysis，politeprincipleandfacetheory)，thispapertakestheOscar-winningfilmCrashasanexampletodocasestudy．Byanalyzingtheinterculturalconflicttalksinthe
