3、单开门术的患者，随机分为丹参组(31例)及对照组(33例)。按JOA标准评定疗效。结果丹参组术前JOA评分平均为(8．8±2，6)分，术后2周JOA评分平均为(13．74-2．4)分，改善率为(61．5±2．9)％。对照组术前JOA评分平均为(9．1±2．2)分，术后2周JOA评分平均为(13．4±2．3)分，改善率为(60．54-2．2)％。丹参组JOA评分改善率明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论丹参对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用，能有效促进术后脊髓功能恢复。【关键词】丹参；脊髓缺血再灌注损伤Effectofsalviamihiorrhizaonspin
