1、GRP78在人喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义张灵敏田秀芬(450052郑州,郑州大学第一附属医院头颈外科)［摘要］目的探讨葡萄糖调节蛋白78(glucose-regulatedprotein78,GRP78)在人喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngealsquamouscellcarcinoma,LSCC)组织中的表达情况，分析GRP78在LSCC发生发展中的作用。方法免疫组织化学法检测GRP78在90例LSCC组织、配对癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中的表达，并分析其与患者性别、肿瘤分化程度、分期及淋巴结转移的关系。结果G
2、RP78在LSCC组织、配对癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为86.67%、32.22%、8.89%，三者的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。GRP78的表达与LSCC的分化程度、分期及淋巴结转移均密切相关（P值均＜0.05），与性别无关(P>0.05)。结论GRP78在LSCC中呈高表达，表达水平随癌组织恶性程度的增高而增高［关键词］人喉鳞状细胞癌；葡萄糖调节蛋白78；免疫组织化学Expressionofglucose-regulatedprotein78inhumanlaryngealsquamo
