1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文四逆左金汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎肝胃不和证的临床研究姓名：李献良申请学位级别：硕士专业：中医内科学指导教师：万强201204中文摘要目的：观察四逆左金汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)肝胃不和证的临床疗效，并从理论和临床研究两个方面系统探讨四逆左金汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎肝胃不和证的机制。方法：将符合纳入标准的64例患者按照就诊的先后顺序，采用随机法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例给予四逆左金汤水煎剂；对照组32例给予多潘立酮片和奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊，两药联合服用4周后，停服多潘立酮片，

2、再继服4周奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。4周为1疗程。2疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果：1．治疗组临床治愈13例，显效lO例，有效6例，无效3例，总有效率90．6396。对照组治愈12例，显效8例，有效7例，无效5例，总有效率84．38％。治疗组总有效率高于对照组，但经Ridit分析，两组无显著性差异(P>0．05)，表明两组在临床综合疗效改善方面作用相当。2．治疗组在改善烧心，食欲不振，泛酸，胃脘嘈杂等症状，两组疗效相当，无显著性差异(P>O．05)；在改善嗳气，呃逆，善太息症状方面，治疗组优
