1、汕头大学医学院硕士研究生论文Fortyratswererandomlyallocatedtoamodelgroupincluding30ratsandacontrolgroupincluding10rats(thatis,Agroup).Themodelgroupreceivedmoderatechronicprogressivecompressionwithin8weeks,thenthatwererandomlyallocatedtooneofthreegroupsincluding10ratseach:Bgroupreceivedasustai

2、nedcompression;andCgroupreceiveddecompression;DgroupreceivedEAtreatment.Clinicalneurologicalfunctionwasassessedwithcombinedbehavioralscore(CBS).At11weeksafterinjuried,allanimalsweresacrificed,andhistopathologicalchangeswereobserved,andtheexpressionsofHSP70andiNOSonthesessionoft

3、heratspinalcordwasexaminedwithimmumohistochemicalmethod.Results(1)X-rayrevealedthevertebralcanalencroachmentratewas30%-60%after8weeks.Eachanimalinthemodelgroupdevelopedclinicalsignsofmyelopathy.CBSinCandDgroupsshowedaconsistenttrendtowardimprovedfunction,andthemeanCBSfortheDgro

4、upwassignificantlybetterthanfortheCgroup(P<0.05).(2)HSP70andiNOSimmunohistochemistryshowed,Afterspinalcordinjury,HSP70andiNOSexpressionsincreasedintheneurons.HSP70wasfurtherenhancedandiNOSwasdiminishedintheelectro-acupuncturegroups.Meanwhile,CBSwasimproved,too.Thereweresignific
