2、atientsdiagnosedwithspinaltuberculosisand206casesofsurgicalindications,male93cases,female113cases;meanfollow-uptimewas40±2.8months,includingfivecasesofcervical,thoracic63cases,15casesofthoracolumbar,lumbarspinein93cases,30casesoflumbosacral.AllpatientsbeforeandaftersurgeryroutineSHR
3、Z2-8weeksofTBtreatmentprogram,areusedanteriordebridement,interbodyvertebrastrutgraft,anteriororposteriordeformitycorrection,internalfixation.After2weeksofconventionalX-ray,CT,MRIevaluation,inaccordancewithitsaccurateimagingpatientsdividedinto:Agroup(thoroughdebridementgroupof154case
4、s)andBgroup(conventionaldebridementgroupof52cases).Accordingtofollow-uptime,observetheprojects,etc.patientswerefolloweduptoobserveitseffect.ResultsFrompreoperativeandpostoperativeclinicalmanifestations,imagingfindings,testresults,livingandworkingconditionsofthetwosurgicaloptionswere
