2、大问题。这些问题一方面造成了港u经营效益低下，另一方的健康快速发展。推行港口纵向一体化和横向一体化策略是解决港口业发展有效途径。以提升港口群整体和港口个体的核心竞争力为目标，以结成企业战略联盟为手段，以促进港口业的可持续发展和区域经济的快速发展为宗旨，是进行港口群资源整合的指导思想。对港口资源整合包括三方面的内容：港口内部各子系统之间的资源整合，港口与卜．下游企业之间的资源整合以及港口群内各港口之l、日J的资源整合。这二方面的内容可以归结为港口的纵向一体化与横向一体化战略。本文通过对我国港口企业现状的分析研究，结合企业资源整合的有关理论与方法，对我国
