1、个人职业规划设计书前言职业生涯规划是一个过程,规划的功能在于为生涯设定目标,并找出达成目标所需采取的步骤。目标可以为人生带来希望和意义,目标帮助我们集中了力量。在生涯规划中,目标的制定是一个探索过程,这个过程帮助一个人逐渐去理清生命的价值和意义,并用行动去实现它。他好像为飘忽不定的人加了一个锚,无论风雨来自何方,人生之船都自有他的方向。然而现在社会在以不可思议的速度发展着,21世纪真正稀缺的是人才,而社会对于人才的定义也随之发展,符合型人才越来越得到各大用人单位的青睐。而社会的竞争的激烈性更说明了
2、职业的变动性。生命清单,其实就是人生计划。一个人如果没有规划好自己的人生,且不清晰自己的目标,即使他的学历很高,知识面很广,那么也只能是一个碌碌无为的平庸之人,又或者只能一辈子做别人的跟班,做一个等着时间来把自己生命耗尽的人。生命清单是必需的,它能使人树立一种精神、理想和追求。一本书中这样写到:一个不能靠自己的能力改变命运的人,是不幸的,也是可怜的,因为这些人没有把命运掌握在自己的手中,反而成为命运的奴隶。而人的一生中究竟有多少个春秋,有多少事是值得回忆和纪念的。生命就像一张白纸,等待着我们去描绘
