2、块位于thesiteislocatedin土地面积为Areaofland平方米（折亩）.Squaremeters(foldacres).2、现该地块的用途为农业用地。thelanduseforagriculturalland.二、转让方式meansofconveyance；1、乙方保证通过土地使用权转让形式把该地块转让给甲方，土地用途为农业及相关产业。PartyBshallensurethetransferoflanduserightstothelandmasstransferformtotheparty,thelanduseforagricultureandrelated

5、成后，给予土地良好改良，以便于来年更好耕作；Rightintheharvestiscompleted,thegrantingoflandgoodimprovement,inordertofacilitatethenextbetterfarming;3、甲方在土地租凭期间，不能改变其土地用途，应合法经营。PartyAinthelandleaseperiod,cannotchangethelanduse,shouldbelegitimatebusiness.乙方Partyb:：1、在土地流转租凭期限，不能参与土地任何的经营活动；Inthetransferoflandleaset
