1、毕业论文（2010届）后金融危机时代上市公司资本结构优化研究摘要资本是公司生存发展的血液。随着全球经济一体化趋势的加强和中国市场经济的发展，不同的融资方式形成了不同的资本结构。在后金融危机时代，资本结构的优化选择对上市公司的发展至关重要，因为它不仅影响公司的资本成本和经营风险，而且与公司的营运能力和企业价值息息相关。因此，研究在后金融危机时代中国纺织业上市公司资本结构的优化具有重大的理论和现实意义。本文以中国深沪两市纺织行业22家非ST上市公司为研究样本，以2006—2009年四年为研究区间分析纺织业上市公司在后金融危机时代的资本结构现状以及存在的问题并提出优化资本结构的建议。首

2、先，本文运用描述性分析和比较分析方法，对纺织业上市公司的资本结构现状做了简单说明；其次，本文深入分析了2009年后金融危机时代纺织业上市公司资本结构状况；最后，本文以资本结构的优化理论和纺织行业的内外部环境为基础，针对纺织业上市公司在后金融危机时代的资本结构现状，提出优化方案，以期望能够对中国纺织业上市公司在后金融危机时代期间优化公司的资本结构有所裨益。关键词：后金融危机时代；资本结构；资本结构优化；纺织业AbstractThecapitalisthecompanysurvivesanddevelopmentblood.Alongwithglobaleconomicintegra
