4、epsisearlyinclinic.Althoughbacterialcultureofbloodsamplesplaysanimportantroleinthediagnosisofburnsepsis,thelowerpositiverateandlongtimetoseparatingpathogenicbacteriummakeitdifficulttoprovideanearlydiagnosis.Soasimpleandrapiddetectionmethodisneededfortheea

5、rlydiagnosisandprognosis.Whenthereisalocalinfectionorvirusinfection,theserumPCTlevelswerenotincreasedorincreasedalittle.ButtheserumPCTlevelsweresignificantlyincreasedafter2・3hoursofsystemicinfectionorseriousbacterialinfection.Therefore,serumPCTshowedgoods
